And they are coming from my water bottle. It’s the only noise in the room, since half the family is out of the house, so it’s hard to ignore. I have to say that I’ve gotten used to the gurgling today since I’ve been home most of the day trying to recover from the bike incident yestuday. Hey, bruises aren’t fun!
Today, I tried out my new Nike+!!! I calibrated it and everything this morning right when I got to the gym. My graph may look a bit curvy- it’s because I was running intervals to get ready for my triathlon 🙂

I had a “first” today: I fell off my bike. I was shifting gears and the chain kinda came off… One moment I’m trying to alieve my aching quads, the next I’m wondering if my elbow is broken. Hey at least I had already (almost) finished a killer bike ride and was only about 10 min walking distance from my house. Here are some pictures. The pic of my road burn on my quad made my thigh look abnormally large so I’m not posting that one. And my bruises are actually darker…

Oh, and right after I had fallen off my bike, another biker just rides on past- not offering anyhelp 😦
